Overview


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive our brand strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both B2B marketing and digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives, managing a team of professionals, and ensuring that our brand message is consistent across all platforms.

Duties



Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance. Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives. Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics for various campaigns. Maintain and update the company website using WordPress to ensure content is current and engaging. Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI on advertising spend. Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to evaluate campaign performance and inform future strategies. Create compelling copy for various channels including email marketing, social media, and website content. Manage social media accounts to foster community engagement and brand loyalty. Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to senior management. Collaborate with IT to ensure that all digital platforms are functioning optimally for user experience. Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel for reporting purposes, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation. Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Organisational skills that enable effective prioritisation of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
