BTC CAPITAL MARKETS LTD. is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented

Marketing Director

to lead our global marketing team in Europe and Asia. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across a full spectrum of digital channels, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This role is crucial for a company that relies on data-driven solutions to help its clients succeed in the digital landscape.

o Strategy Development:

Create and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business growth and revenue objectives.

o Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the global marketing team in Europe and Asia, including hiring, mentoring, and developing marketing managers and staff.

o Brand Management:

Develop and elevate the brand's profile and messaging across all channels to enhance visibility and guest experience.

o Budget Management:

Set and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

o Campaign Oversight:

Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and events, ensuring their success and impact.

o Data Analysis:

Analyse market, competitor, and customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance.

o Collaboration:

Work closely with key stakeholders, including other departments and leadership, to ensure marketing efforts support broader business goals.

o Performance Measurement:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and drive commercial success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Business or a related field.

Digital Marketing Proficiency:

Demonstrable high level expertise in all key areas of our services, with minimum 3 years experience with CMO/Marketing Director grade.

Communication:

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese is a must, with the ability to create compelling copy and present complex data clearly.

Adaptability:

The ability to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in the evolving digital marketing landscape.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 66,000.00 per year
