Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Strategy
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the UK region
Build strategic partnerships across government, transport, retail, and mobility sectors
User Growth & Operations
Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across paid, organic, and community channels
Explore monetization opportunities including advertising, subscriptions, and mobility services
Brand & Marketing
Oversee UK marketing initiatives: branding, PR, campaigns, and influencer partnerships
Strengthen brand presence and customer engagement through local insights and storytelling
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to localize the product experience
Provide market feedback to shape the roadmap and support product iteration
Team Building
Hire, manage, and scale a high-performing UK-based team across operations, marketing, and support
Set clear KPIs, team goals, and performance reviews
Data-Driven Optimization
Develop and monitor key market metrics

Qualifications
Experience
: 5+ years in mobile app growth, marketing, or operations within location-based or map platforms (e.g., Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze)
Proven Market Launch
: Demonstrated success in launching and scaling business in a new market
Language
: Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus
Business & Tech Understanding
: Familiarity with app performance metrics, user funnels, and cross-functional product collaboration
Education
: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
