About The Role

As Marketing Director, you'll:

Lead marketing strategy across Hyped's subscription platform, launches, and campaigns Support talent with creative and strategic input on product and content rollouts Drive brand partnerships and help shape the narrative for both creators and Hyped itself Work closely with the founder and team to scale Hyped's presence and impact Balance hands-on execution with big-picture leadership to grow both brand and business

Who You Are

Experienced marketing leader, ideally with exposure to entertainment, digital, or creator industries Comfortable working across subscription, digital product, and brand partnership campaigns Creative and commercial in equal measure -- you can spot opportunities and execute them Data-driven but instinctively creative, with a knack for telling stories that cut through Collaborative, ambitious, and motivated to be part of something industry-defining
