The Role



Harmony Auto is seeking an experienced Marketing & Event Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the Head of Marketing in delivering BYD Harmony Auto's marketing and promotional initiatives in line with BYD standards. The role will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating marketing activities and events that enhance brand visibility, support sales performance and strengthen customer engagement.

Role & Responsibilities:



Develop and submit a detailed monthly marketing strategy plan each month, outlining monthly activities that meet manufacturer requirements and business objectives Coordinate with Business and Finance departments for timely submission and approval of marketing activity plans and expense forecasts Manage marketing expenses in strict accordance with the approved annual budget and financial systems Maintain and update the company's online promotional platforms weekly and monthly in alignment with the marketing calendar Ensure manufacturer-driven online promotions are implemented in-store within 24 hours Create and produce brand and vehicle related images and videos that adhere to manufacturer Corporate Identity standards. Plan and deliver brand and customer events that enhance brand awareness and support dealership sales and after-sales activities Collaborate closely with sales and aftersales team to produce and update BYD specified in-store promotional materials within a one-week cycle. Oversee material quality, installation, and visual compliance, ensuring brand presentation Develop and maintain a standardised vehicle delivery ceremony process to ensure a premium customer experience. Prepare and distribute delivery materials and capture delivery photos and videos for internal communication and record-keeping.

Qualifications and Skills:



Bachelor's degree in marketing, Graphics design or related fields. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Sketch or Figma for creating graphics and visual Content Ability to design promotional materials (flyers, posters, social media graphics) Proven experience in marketing, communications or event coordination, ideally within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of brand and visual compliance, particularly with manufacturer (OEM) marketing standards Proficient in digital content creation, including basic video and image production. Excellent organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and activities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft office, and familiar with digital marketing tools and social media platforms Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Willingness to travel between different sites.
