Marketing Execution Specialist- UKI - FTC

To work with the Marketing Execution Specialists, the Clinical Education team and EMEA Workflow Managers to deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement, lead generation, education event bookings and eCommerce sales - all utilising budgeted spend levels and within deadline. To support the tactical execution of the region web, SEO, social media and email marketing strategy across organic and paid digital media channels

Role and responsibilities

Partners with Workflow Managers to implement new content strategies and channels within project timelines Creates brand- and market-specific content/activities using multimedia tools, ensuring on-schedule delivery and local relevance Actively contributes to project teams for industry events, roadshows, and product launches, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to scope Collaborates with Marketing Execution Specialists and Workflow Managers to efficiently deliver country-specific digital, social media, email, and marketing plans Supports the development and timely execution of regional social media and email marketing campaigns Responsible for the on-time execution and continual optimisation of digital marketing initiatives (SEO, social media, paid advertising, email communications), using data analysis and ROI reporting to drive channel strategy Proactively evaluates digital media trends and executes initiatives aligned to customer needs, ensuring timely alignment with EMEA and global digital strategies Maintains website content--including course registry, campaign, and launch updates--with a focus on accuracy and deadline adherence Consistently delivers high-quality work within set deadlines, demonstrating strong execution skills Adapts quickly to changing priorities and environments, ensuring timely and effective delivery of communications

Profile Requested

Educated to A level or Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification Self starter Execution focus - gets things done fast and with accuracy Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign reporting and ROI analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced environments 2+ years marketing experience including digital with demonstrable record of success Social media and e-mail marketing campaign management experience Stong knowledge of social media channels and platform capabilities Analytical, planning, organisational and implementation experience working within a marketing team Knowledge of Sprinklr Advocacy, Eloqua and Percolate softwares a plus SM and email content development experience is a plus B2B and Healthcare experience is a plus Knowledge of design applications including Canva, Photoshop and InDesign is a plus.
