, helping Payl8r connect with retail partners and end users alike.
You'll support campaigns across multiple channels, from digital lead gen and social media to email, content, and PR, helping to raise awareness, generate leads, and communicate effectively with our audiences.
Key Responsibilities
? Support the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C audiences.
? Create and manage content for digital channels, including website, email, paid media, and social platforms.
? Assist with
B2B lead generation campaigns
to attract new retail partners through targeted digital advertising, content marketing, and CRM activity.
? Coordinate
B2C communications
, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with financial promotions regulations.

Optimise content for GSO (Generative Search Optimisation)
and support the delivery of Payl8r's GSO strategy to improve visibility and discoverability across emerging AI-driven search platforms.
? Manage campaign performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation.
? Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead quality, messaging, and campaign activity.
? Support PR, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
? Maintain brand consistency and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
? Develop and deliver
internal communications
to support company updates, culture initiatives, and employee engagement.
? Liaise with third parties and suppliers as needed to support campaign delivery.
