About the Company:


We are a trusted building company specialising in insurance repairs and disaster recovery. Partnering with independent loss assessors, we act as the principal contractor to restore properties affected by sudden damage. As the main contractor, we manage every aspect of the repair process--ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and cost-effective delivery.

About the Role:


We're looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director in growing the business. This role blends some traditional PA duties with business development, CRM implementation, and marketing coordination. You'll help manage relationships with referral partners (such as loss assessors, letting agents, insurance brokers and plumbers), follow up on leads, gather customer reviews, assist with marketing activities, and provide essential admin support to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Follow up with potential and existing referral partners (phone calls, emails, direct mail, LinkedIn messages) Help set up and maintain a new CRM system (contact input, tracking, reporting) Liaise with our freelance content creator to execute the marketing strategy, test, measure and report on marketing activity Assist with follow up on email marketing and direct mail campaigns Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, etc.) to help draft emails, social posts, and documents Research and implement new AI tools to improve the business Help prepare presentations, proposals, and documents for referral partners Track business development activities and support reporting Provide general admin support where required

Skills & Experience:



Experience in Marketing or a Business Support role Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident phone manner and ability to build rapport with professional contacts Comfortable using AI tools and software Organised, proactive, and able to manage tasks with minimal supervision Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and cloud-based tools (e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, Mailchimp) Interest or experience in construction, property, or insurance industries is a bonus
