Job Description

As an entry-level Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering compelling campaigns and creative assets to support our brand, sales activity, and product launches. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and commercial teams, you will be responsible for producing engaging content and visuals across both digital and print platforms.

About The Role



Key Responsibilities:



Carry out market research as necessary Develop and deliver marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, adverts, and social media content. Use

Adobe InDesign and Photoshop

to create visually compelling marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Manage content scheduling and support day-to-day social media activity. Assist with campaign planning, events, PR, and product photography. Maintain and update website content as needed. Support internal communications and staff engagement initiatives. Collaborate with design, sales, and production teams to ensure consistency of messaging and branding.

Campaign Development:

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels to promote products, seasonal collections, and brand initiatives.

Content Creation:

Design marketing materials including brochures, product catalogues, social media graphics, email templates, and exhibition displays using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Digital Marketing:

Manage website content, SEO updates, and social media platforms to drive engagement and traffic.

Brand Management:

Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Product Launch Support:

Collaborate with the production and sales teams to support new product launches with promotional assets and messaging.

Market Research:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Event Coordination:

Assist in organising trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, including the creation of promotional materials and displays.

Reporting:

Track and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and social media metrics.

Any other duties as required by the Head of Brand Development & Marketing



ESSENTIAL CRITERIA



A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Design, or a related field. Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies Familiarity with social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - especially InDesign and Photoshop.

Strong eye for design and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with strong organisational abilities.

DESIRABLE



Experience in B2B marketing or the manufacturing sector is a plus. Experience with content creation At least 1 years' experience in a marketing or design-focused role.

SKILLS



Creative Thinking and problem solving Ability to work under supervision or on own initiative Campaign lifecycle management SEO (Search Engine Optimization) SEM (Search Engine Marketing) Social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) Multi-tasking Visual marketing understanding Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) Strong verbal and written communication Attention to detail and ability to proofread content
