Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our growing team here at Younique Aesthetics Clinics. This position covers all Younique Aesthetics Clinics and training facilities.

The focus of this role is to execute the marketing campaigns, promoting our wide range of non-surgical treatments, our clinical skincare range, product portfolio, and medical team across various marketing channels.

The growth opportunity in this role is extremely exciting, the candidate, therefore, needs to be self-motivating, ambitious, and respond with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Duties:

Raising brand awareness through the creation of digital marketing campaigns. Establishing relationships with key players in the aesthetics industry Providing monthly content in Northern Irelands top magazines such as Local Women Magazine and The Ulster Tatler. Co-ordinating press releases. Collaborating with local charities Social media marketing - developing a distinct online presence by attracting a high number of internet followers and engagement through social media channels. Creating daily content on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube and Tiktok. Creating and editing image and video content. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - developing strategies to increase the number of visitors to the Younique website by achieving high-ranking placements in search results. Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns - sponsored online advertising paid for by the business to appear alongside non-paid search results. Email marketing - includes creation and management of email campaign content. Influencer marketing - Managing local influencers/ambassadors to advertise products and help promote campaigns. Collecting and analysing data and statistical reports on general expectations of the public through social media insights and Google Analytics. Events management - Implementation and coordination of events from start to end. Working knowledge of Facebook Business Suite Website optimisation including blog content, treatment information and landing pages Design and collate content and visuals for social media connected to our brand marketing calendar Analyse client data to make marketing decisions Confident to support in creating monthly marketing reports and insights Collaborating with our front of house, practitioner, and admin teams to ensure the very best client experience at every consumer touch point.

You are an ambitious marketing executive with experience in the full marketing mix and you have the energy and drive to succeed in a growing business. Working knowledge of Canva, Facebook Business Suite and Wordpress 2+ years' experience in a diverse and dynamic environment High attention to detail with a data-driven mind setYou are excellent at sticking to budgets. You are a confident communicator and enjoy dealing with people at all levels, both internally within the company and in the industry. You are comfortable working with systems like Canva, Hootsuite, Shopify, and of course Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. You thrive on working under pressure and you have the resilience to keep smiling while doing it - and while you love working in a team, you're also comfortable working autonomously in your own area of responsibility. You have an analytical mind and can pull the big story out of the details. You are obsessive about detail. Processes, budgets, deadlines, grammar - these are things you take seriously, and you hold yourself to the highest standards in respecting them.
