Location: On Site - Lisburn Road Office (with some travel to the Lisburn, Lurgan and Edinburgh offices as well as property visits.)

The Role
We're looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a content-savvy marketer with strong design instincts and storytelling skills who's ready to help us sharpen our voice and drive engagement across digital channels.
You'll support the Head of Marketing with brand development and bring our mission to life across social media, video, written content, and our website. You'll be hands-on with creating standout campaigns that reflect our values and resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
+ Write and design engaging content for social platforms, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns
+ Create and edit video content for social, website, and advertising
Craft website copy that's both SEO-smart and aligned with brand voice

Social Media Management
+ Plan and execute content calendars
+ Develop platform-specific content (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Monitor trends and engage with our audience authentically

Brand & Campaign Support
+ Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and roll out brand campaigns
+ Ensure consistency of tone, look, and feel across all assets
Assist in internal marketing and employer brand initiatives
+
Website & SEO Support
+ Update and optimise web content for UX and search performance
+ Assist with CRO testing and performance reporting
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of marketing experience (agency or in-house)
Strong copywriting skills and a knack for storytelling
Marketing / Business related Degree
Confident with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.)
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Knowledge of social media best practices and analytics
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, get-stuck-in environment
Creative, resourceful, and results-driven
