Key Responsibilities
Content Creation with Impact
- Develop and deliver engaging social media content that drives customer interest and bookings.
Event Marketing
- Plan and run in?store events such as frame evenings with suppliers and coffee mornings to boost footfall and brand visibility.
Design & Collateral
- Create professional leaflets, posters, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Email Marketing
- Manage targeted email campaigns to our existing customer database, with a focus on driving repeat visits and bookings.
Collaborate with Ad Agency
- Work in partnership with our marketing agency to align creative assets and messaging for Google and Facebook ads.
Website & Social Media Management
- Keep our digital presence fresh, engaging, and aligned with current promotions and events.
Database Marketing
- Maximise engagement from our customer base through tailored marketing activities.
Campaign Delivery & Accountability
- Take ownership of campaigns, measure their effectiveness, and adapt strategies to ensure results.
Supplier Collaboration
- Work with supplier marketing teams to promote key products and create joint promotions.
Skills & Attributes We're Looking For

Competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
