Aesthetic Nurse Software (ANS) is a fast-growing SaaS platform, trusted by over 2,500 clinics across the UK. We support nurses, doctors, and dentists running their own aesthetic clinics with everything they need to manage and grow their business -- from digital consent forms and secure patient notes to online bookings, deposits, and automated messaging.

We're on a mission to make life easier for small business owners in the medical aesthetics space -- and we're looking for a Marketing Executive to help us spread the word and build a brand that connects with our audience.

Job Summary

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for leading and executing marketing campaigns that grow brand awareness and customer engagement. You'll create and manage content across social media, blogs, and email, work directly with clients and partners to produce engaging content, and collaborate with internal teams to make sure our marketing is aligned with what's happening across the business.

You'll work directly with the co-founder to shape marketing strategy and bring your own creative ideas to life. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of marketing efforts in a business that's growing rapidly in an industry full of potential.

Responsibilities

Create and manage content across all marketing channels, including social media, blog, and email Plan and deliver marketing campaigns that engage current users and attract new customers Create graphics, reels, and other visual assets to support campaigns Write clear, engaging copy for social media posts, email newsletters, blog articles, and more Work with existing clients and partners to create collaborative content and increase brand visibility Organise and promote events, webinars, and brand partnerships Track the performance of marketing activities and suggest improvements Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and share insights Contribute ideas for new campaigns, content formats, and marketing opportunities

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Personable and confident, with excellent communication skills Organised and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working across different teams and sharing ideas openly Creative, full of ideas, and excited to build and evolve a growing brand Able to take initiative and work independently when needed Attentive to detail with a good sense of visual and written communication In tune with the aesthetics, beauty, or health space (preferred but not essential)

Experience

Experience in a digital marketing role or similar Strong copywriting skills, ideally across different formats (e.g. social, blog, email) Experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms Familiarity with content scheduling and basic email marketing platforms Experience in SaaS or aesthetics/health/beauty industries is desirable but not essential
