and working closely with our existing Lead Marketing Executive to design and implement strategies that reflect our values and help us reach the people who need us most.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audiences (individuals, parents, educational establishments, businesses, clinicians).
Lead digital and offline campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content and collateral--from brochures, blogs, and social posts to merchandise and presentations.
Design and maintain marketing assets using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Manage and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and moderation.
Plan and deliver advertising and promotional campaigns (PPC, social media, email).
Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, sales, operations) to ensure consistent messaging and identify content opportunities.
Support events (virtual and physical), helping with promotion, design, and logistics.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Keep brand language neuroaffirming, inclusive, and aligned with our values.

Essential Skills & Experience
3+ years' experience in a similar marketing role (agency or in-house).
Experience with both B2C and B2B marketing.
Proficient in digital advertising (social media, email, display).
Skilled in writing, editing, and visual design for multiple platforms.
Experience using design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Social media management experience (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
A flexible mindset, comfortable with evolving priorities in a growing organisation.
Desirable
Experience within private healthcare, education, or mental health sectors.
Knowledge of SEO, PPC and website content management (e.g. WordPress).
Experience producing and editing video/audio content (e.g. YouTube, podcasting).
