Duties

Manage email marketing campaigns, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand messaging. Create compelling copy for various platforms, including websites, social media, and promotional materials. Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads to optimise future marketing efforts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels. Utilise Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials that resonate with target audiences. Organise and lead marketing meetings to discuss strategies, progress, and outcomes.

Skills

Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behaviour. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design tasks. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads for performance analysis. Experience in email marketing strategies and execution. Exceptional copywriting skills that capture attention and drive action. Ability to analyse data effectively to inform decision-making processes. Proven leadership skills with the capability to motivate and guide team members.
