Marketing Executive

Full time 40 hours per week

Cloud Student Homes is a national provider of Purpose-Built Student Accommodation in England. We focus on providing our students with more than 'just; their accommodation, providing the safety, security and social aspect of University life.





Core Duties





Related to development and implementation of marketing and promotional campaigns and strategies across all aspects of Cloud Student Homes, but with the main focus on:


Email Marketing Campaigns Social Media administration Hubspot Administration Content Creation General Administrative Duties Some travel to sites




Customer Service





To ensure that excellent customer service is demonstrated at all times by:




Excellent written communication skills Creative and Innovative marketing campaigns and content Organising and executing work, particularly administrative tasks, in a clear manner Contribute to the continuing development of Cloud Student Homes Carry out such other tasks as may from time to time be assigned to them



Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Social Media Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities to enhance our marketing strategies. Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns

Analytics: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Administrative Tasks: Support the marketing team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing databases. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as the leasing and property management teams, to ensure a cohesive marketing strategy.

* CRM - experience with Hubspot Sales and Marketing Hub an advantage
