At McCarthy Stone, we are raising the bar in local marketing, and we are looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Marketing Executive to support and deliver engaging, community-focused campaigns. Your Impact

Support the delivery of timely, effective, and budgeted local marketing plans. Build a calendar of activity using our local marketing playbook, including events, sponsorships, and advertising. Optimise digital marketing by keeping property listings fresh, creating local content for social channels, and briefing new assets like copy, photography, and video. Ensure direct marketing - from mail and door drops to (e)CRM - is accurate, timely, and impactful. Support the delivery of on-site marketing, including promotional signage, brochures, merchandise, and digital displays. Manage local paid advertising placements and contribute to earned PR opportunities, including press releases. Work closely with sales teams and stakeholders to align plans and report on performance. Uphold brand voice and style, ensuring all marketing activity is consistent, customer-first, and effective.
