From matcha mille-crepes to designer mochi cakes and 3D celebration creations, we're building a premium dessert brand that resonates with a modern, multicultural audience.

We're now expanding our team with a full-time Marketing Executive to take our brand to the next level--both online and in-store--as we grow our e-commerce presence and prepare for a new pop-up launch in Bath.

What You'll Do

As our Marketing Executive, you will play a central role in shaping the voice, visuals, and growth of Cream Lovers:

Meet with directors fortnightly to align marketing strategy with business goals.

Lead market research (Instagram polls, customer surveys, focus groups).

Propose data-led adjustments to pricing, product features, and campaigns.

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, email, and paid ads.

Brief and coordinate with external creatives (photographers, videographers, PPC agency).

Maintain a seasonal marketing calendar aligned with promotions and launches.

Report campaign performance monthly using set KPIs.

What You'll Bring

Proven understanding of marketing principles

Excellent copywriting and content editing skills

Strong command of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience with content management and marketing automation tools

Organised, detail-oriented, and confident in stakeholder communication
