We're seeking a confident, creative, and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our international events team, focusing on our flagship Miami Exhibition. This is your chance to own marketing campaigns that drive attendance, boost brand awareness, and engage global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver marketing campaigns to meet registration and attendance goals Build and manage partnerships with industry associations and media Identify and coordinate keynote speakers and contributors Create compelling marketing emails, newsletters, and promotional content Maintain and update event websites with current content and speaker info Design marketing assets using Canva Manage contact databases and reporting in Excel Contribute fresh ideas to expand audience reach and engagement

About You

Previous marketing or communications experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised, able to manage multiple deadlines Confident on the phone with strong relationship-building skills Detail-oriented and creative Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Willing to go the extra mile to ensure event success
