Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
Content Creation:
Produce engaging, conversion-driven content across email, blog, social, and video
SEO:
Optimise site structure and content for traffic, rankings, and conversion
Paid Ads:
Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube ads
Email Marketing:
Build, test, and refine automated campaigns and sequences
Social Media:
Post and manage organic and paid content with consistent brand messaging
Analytics:
Track and report on performance weekly using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools
Teamwork:
Work closely with design, sales, and content to ensure cohesion across campaigns
Event Marketing:
Promote live events, launches, and webinars to maximise attendance and sales
Day-to-Day
Lead and implement full-funnel campaigns across multiple channels
Monitor data and adjust campaigns for ROI
Create landing pages, emails, and creative content
Drive list growth, lead magnets, and promotional ideas
Own marketing results and propose ways to increase impact
Be proactive and self-directed in executing tasks and solving problems
Skills & Experience
We care more about your
attitude, execution speed, and problem-solving ability
than a CV full of marketing jargon. That said, you should have:
Solid understanding of digital marketing (SEO, email, content, PPC, analytics)
Ability to write clearly and persuasively for online channels
Confidence using or learning platforms like GA4, Meta Ads Manager, ActiveCampaign, etc
Strong creative judgement -- what works, what doesn't, and why
Bonus: experience in education, coaching, or property training
