We're looking for a
Marketing Executive

You'll report directly to the founder and play a central role in developing and executing campaigns that drive leads, build brand visibility, and fuel company growth. Key Responsibilities for the role:
Run and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube Ads
Create and refine landing pages, lead magnets, and sales funnels
Monitor campaign performance daily and report on ROI, CPA, and CPL
Run split-tests on creatives, audiences, copy, and funnels
Build and optimise automated campaigns for lead nurturing and conversions
Work with sales and design teams to ensure campaigns align with company goal
Drive registrations and attendance for live events and webinars
The Day-to-Day responsibilities for the role will be:
Manage ad spend across platforms with clear ROI targets
Launch, test, and scale creative campaigns quickly
Monitor KPIs and adjust campaigns in real time
Write ad copy, design basic creatives, and coordinate with designers where needed
Own performance marketing results and continuously propose improvements
Your skills & experience will be:
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads
Confidence in building and optimising funnels (landing pages, email sequences)
Ability to interpret data and make fast, informed decisions
Strong copywriting skills for ads and funnels
You will need to have a working knowledge of the key marketing tools that we use:

This is an
on-site role in Bromley
- with no remote or flexible working. You will sometimes need to work evenings and weekends when the business needs it as our events can fall on these dates and having our marketing team on-site with the rest of the key team on those days is preferable. We are experiencing fast-growth on a month-by-month basis so this is a great role for someone who can walk the walk!
