Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. Utilise Google Ads to drive traffic and increase conversion rates through targeted campaigns. Create and maintain content on our website, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimised for search engines. Analyse marketing data using Excel to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing channels. Design promotional materials using Adobe software, ensuring high-quality visuals that reflect our brand identity. Maintain an organised schedule to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Adobe Creative Suite, and Excel. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with social media management tools and best practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
