Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Associate to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a career in marketing and gain hands-on experience across a range of campaigns, channels, and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products services in a joined-up way within a multi-faceted business Creation and scheduling of engaging content across digital platforms (social media, website, email, etc.) Coordination and inclusion of internal teams in the development of engaging content across the business Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions Run paid digital campaigns Help maintain and update the company's website and blog Monitor marketing performance metrics, campaign performance and guest engagement and prepare reports Conduct market and competitor research to support strategy and product development Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or partners as needed Assist in organising seasonal events, trade shows, and promotional activities Maintain and update customer databases for targeted communications Provide general administrative support to the management team to enable the development of the marketing plan at Whalesborough Ensure brand development and consistency in all communications

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or relevant experience) Strong written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook) Basic knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar platforms is a plus Highly organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Creative mindset with attention to detail and able to work at pace

Salary : 31k - 33k dependent on experience
