What you'll be doing:
Youll collaborate with the team and across departments, work on multiple campaigns, and bring fresh ideas to the table. Key responsibilities include:Helping to plan and run creative marketing campaigns that really land with our audience
Coordinating and promoting FFTs presence at UK and international events, ensuring effective representation and visibility
Writing and shaping content for different audiences - everything from emails and case studies to web pages and videos
Bringing our products and brand to life on social media (think X, Facebook, LinkedIn and Bluesky)
Reviewing and proofreading content to make sure it's accurate, clear, and on brand
Using data and campaign insights to see whats working and where we can improve
Getting hands-on with our CRM (Salesforce) to build customer journeys and automate clever marketing workflows
Building great working relationships with teams across FFT - and of course, the amazing schools we support
Who we're looking for:
Were looking for someone whos excited by the chance to make a real difference through marketing, and who brings a mix of creativity, organisation, and a love for great communication.
Youll need to have:
At least 2 years' experience in a marketing role, particularly digital
A track record of writing compelling content that gets results
Experience delivering successful marketing campaigns and reporting on their impact
Strong writing skills - clear, engaging, and tailored to different audiences
Social media campaign experience
Confidence using data to inform decisions
Solid IT skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
A proactive approach - youre someone who gets stuck in and sees things through
A positive, collaborative attitude and great communication skills
Its a bonus if you also have:
Experience in the education, public or not-for-profit sector
A CIM qualification
Salesforce or CRM experience
Experience organising events (virtual or in-person)
Personal qualities
Reliable, organised and detail-oriented
Friendly and collaborative
Curious, and creative
Results-driven and proactive
Ambitious for high standards and continuous improvement

Full-time, 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with a shorter Friday!)
Location:
Hybrid Cowbridge (South Wales) HQ - You may occasionally be required to travel to our London based office to attend meetings, training and other office-based events, with reasonable prior notice. Expenses for travelling to the London office on these occasions can be claimed back.
