Marketing Executive
to join our team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, organised and hands-on
Marketing Executive
to drive and manage social media campaigns and scheduling for both Marvel at Everything and our clients. You'll play a vital role in building brand presence across platforms, linking campaign activity with email marketing and supporting wider content creation when required.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media:
Plan, schedule and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
Coordinate and implement social media campaigns in line with marketing objectives
Monitor performance and report on engagement, reach and conversions
Keep up to date with platform trends and suggest fresh ideas for engagement
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create eye-catching, brand-led content
Email Marketing:
Build and manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or similar
Segment audiences and schedule timely, targeted email campaigns
Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-throughs and conversions
Optimise email content for engagement and lead generation
Content (if experienced):
Assist in writing blog posts, website copy, and campaign content
Contribute ideas for campaign messaging and creative themes
Repurpose content for multiple formats (social, email, web, etc.)
General:
Liaise with clients and internal teams to align campaign delivery with client goals
Maintain campaign calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Stay on top of industry news and marketing trends
Support the team with wider campaign activities as required
Key Skills & Experience
1-2+ years' experience in a marketing, digital, or social media role (agency experience a bonus)
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g. Metricool, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Email Octopus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Basic knowledge of content creation and copywriting
Organised, proactive and good at juggling multiple deadlines
Desirable (but not essential)
Knowledge of SEO best practices
