As we continue to grow, we're looking for a confident and capable

Marketing Executive

to take ownership of our marketing strategy and help elevate our brand to the next level

This is a part-time role, 16 hours per week over four days

Develop and manage marketing campaigns across email, web, social media, and paid channels Create engaging content for digital platforms, including product spotlights, case studies, and blogs Support and maintain the Richmond Scientific brand voice and identity across all channels Coordinate updates and improvements to the company website (in partnership with web developers as needed) Work with internal teams to support SEO, PPC, and website optimisation Lead the management of Richmond Scientific's social media presence, including content planning and analytics, with a particular emphasis on LinkedIn Track campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM reports. Reporting weekly to the management team Conduct customer and competitor research Work with manufacturers and customers to promote a range of brand-new products

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good understanding of digital marketing, especially social media and email campaigns Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, or similar Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude Knowledge of SEO and WordPress
