We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B and social media marketing, with a focus on the Events Sector.
This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.
Duties
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans tailored to the IT industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Utilise Adobe Creative Suite and canva to design marketing materials that effectively communicate our brand message.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project management from concept to execution.
Lead marketing campaigns, monitoring their effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress and outcomes.
Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring all marketing resources are readily available for team use.
Experience
Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the events and live events sector.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration among diverse groups.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to track engagement and performance metrics.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical skills, enabling effective assessment of marketing strategies and their impact on business performance.
