Marketing Executive - Content and Digital

We are now looking for someone who can capture the energy, creativity and personality of Embello and turn it into content that people genuinely choose to watch and engage with.

If you enjoy writing, filming, editing and being part of a lively creative environment, this role will give you plenty to get involved with. You will be right at the heart of the business, turning everyday moments into content that strengthens our brand and helps drive new business.

The Role



Your job is to show people what Embello is all about. That means spotting stories across the warehouse, studio and office and bringing them to life through creative content. One day you could be filming a quick product demo or capturing a behind the scenes moment on the production floor. The next you could be writing copy for a new landing page, preparing posts for LinkedIn or planning a short video series for TikTok.

You will have space to experiment and push ideas that help us stand out.

Your responsibilities will include:



Writing engaging content for social posts, blogs, email campaigns and product pages Creating and editing short form video for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and paid campaigns Capturing behind the scenes footage that shows the real Embello Managing the content calendar and maintaining a consistent flow of output Reviewing analytics and using insights to guide future content Updating website content and applying solid SEO practice Working with the wider team on campaigns, creative ideas and new formats Keeping on top of trends across digital platforms and content styles

What you will bring



Strong writing skills with a natural and confident tone Comfortable speaking on camera and representing the Embello brand Good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and X Able to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving Creative, proactive and comfortable trying new ideas Keen to learn and receptive to feedback

Useful but not essential



Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut or similar Familiarity with analytics or SEO tools Experience using social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
