We are looking for a Marketing Executive, to be based in our Darlington office, to support our marketing team to drive the firm's ambitious growth plans.

Role Overview



We are seeking a

Marketing Executive

with strong digital skills to develop and deliver digital campaigns that raise brand awareness, drive engagement, and support lead generation.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this is a great opportunity to shape the firm's digital presence across multiple platforms, whilst supporting the firms' regional events and networking programme.

The role also offers scope for further study, personal development and growth.

Key Responsibilities



The Marketing Executive will play a key part in shaping the firm's digital presence, taking ownership of our website, ensuring it is always up to date with accurate, engaging, and search-optimised content that reflects our brand and values.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to use analytics tools to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement, supporting the team in refining the digital strategy and delivering measurable results.

A key responsibility of this role is to support the delivery of a content schedule for social media that enhances the firm's profile, engages target audiences, and highlights team capabilities. The successful candidate will assist in producing a variety of content, including videos, graphics, and testimonials as part of this process.

The role involves close collaboration with teams across the firm to enhance internal communication, highlight success stories, and amplify events and insights. The successful candidate will also take an active role in supporting the planning and execution of events, such as regional seminars and networking functions.

Staying informed on the latest digital marketing trends, particularly within the professional services sector, and contributing fresh, innovative ideas is also an important aspect of the position

Ideal Candidate



At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B or professional services.

Proficient in SEO, Google and Meta Ads, social media marketing, and email platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using WordPress, CRM/email tools and analytics platforms.

A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Confident user of Microsoft Office.

Basic design/video editing skills using Canva or similar.

Marketing/Digital qualifications or a willingness to study towards.
