Marketing Executive (Digital)



Based at Hills Ford, Kidderminster
Reporting to: Group Marketing Manager

Are you a proactive, digitally-savvy marketer ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a driven, forward-thinking Marketing Executive who wants to shape strategy, push boundaries, and deliver real impact across multiple automotive brands.

Reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you'll support the delivery of high performing marketing activity across Hills Ford, Hills Automotive, Hills Ford Transit Centre, Hills Contracts, Brookhire and BH Motors. This is a fast-paced environment where digital expertise, creativity and strategic thinking come together every day.

What You'll Do



Digital Marketing, Lead Generation & Performance

Plan, build and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn to funnel leads into our Sales Teams. Create engaging ad content, visuals and graphics that stand out in competitive channels. Produce performance reports with insights and recommendations for continual improvement and growth. Support SEO and PPC initiatives to boost visibility, conversions and website performance.

Creative & Content Production



Design high-quality creative using Adobe Creative Suite/Canva for web, email, print, social and showroom materials. Produce video content for social platforms, including planning, filming and editing. Write clear, engaging campaign copy in line with brand tone and objectives.

CRM, Email & Data



Build and execute targeted CRM and email campaigns to drive retention, reactivation and sales. Support database management and data hygiene, ensuring accurate segmentation and reporting.

Brand, Campaign Delivery & Communication



Ensure consistent messaging, brand image and campaign quality. Monitor competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights into campaign planning.

Other Responsibilities (Events, On-Site Support & General Duties)



Assist in planning and delivering dealership events, sales weekends, community initiatives and product launches. Support content gathering around dealerships (photography, videography, interviews). Liaise with external suppliers including designers, printers and event partners. Provide hands-on support with ad-hoc marketing and administrative tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For



We want someone who is agile, aware and passionate about delivering great marketing.

You'll bring:

years of marketing experience (automotive/retail experience beneficial but not essential). Solid digital marketing experience, including managing paid campaigns. Ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and confidence collaborating with internal teams. Creative ability with excellent attention to detail. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite/Canva. Experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms and Microsoft 365. Experience producing or editing video content for social platforms. An interest in the automotive industry is advantageous but not required.

Role Information



Type: Full Time

Location: Kidderminster, DY10 - Travel to other sites is required.

Working Hours: 8:30 - 5:30 | Monday - Friday

A full valid Driving Licence is essential
