Cocktail Week is a vibrant and expanding series of events across 20+ major cities in the UK & Ireland, celebrating the best in cocktails and hospitality while boosting footfall to local bars. Our events, focused on supporting local businesses, are key tourism drivers and industry highlights. As we grow, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our marketing efforts, working under the Marketing Manager to execute promotional strategies and enhance brand visibility for our national events programme.
The Role
This is a dynamic, hands-on role focused on supporting the execution of marketing strategies for Cocktail Week events. As a Marketing Executive, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver engaging campaigns, manage content creation, and coordinate with partners to drive audience engagement. You will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, ensuring promotional activities align with event goals and brand standards.
You'll collaborate with hospitality venues, drinks brands, sponsors, and the events team to amplify event reach, while supporting internal marketing workflows to deliver impactful promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in executing marketing campaigns for Cocktail Week events across the UK & Ireland, including digital, social media, and experiential initiatives.
Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media, email, and other marketing channels.
Coordinate with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with venues, sponsors, and drinks brands to support promotional partnerships and co-branded content.
Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, such as engagement and reach, to inform optimizations.
Assist in managing marketing assets, including visuals, copy, and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency.
Work with the events team to align promotional efforts with event logistics and attendee experiences.
Gather audience feedback and assist in analyzing data to improve future campaigns.
Provide administrative support for marketing operations, including updating schedules, tracking budgets, and organizing assets.
What We're Looking For
Experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, food & drink, or lifestyle sectors, or an interest in event promotion.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, proactive mindset, eager to learn and contribute to team goals.
Basic knowledge of campaign analytics and audience engagement strategies.
Comfortable working with sponsors and partners under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.

Pay: 24,500.00-28,000.00 per year
