The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the nursing agency's services, attract new clients, and support recruitment campaigns. The role involves managing online and offline marketing activities, strengthening brand presence, and building relationships with healthcare providers and care homes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the agency's staffing services.
Manage social media channels, website content, and digital campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Create engaging marketing materials including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and presentations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Support recruitment drives by promoting vacancies across digital platforms.
Maintain and update the agency's database of clients and candidates for targeted campaigns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with care homes, hospitals, and healthcare organisations.
Plan and coordinate promotional events, networking opportunities, and community engagement activities.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting improvements where needed.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards in all promotional activities.
Key Skills and Attributes
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and design.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects.
Experience in healthcare or recruitment marketing (desirable).
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
