Role Overview

You will take ownership of day-to-day marketing activity across both brands, managing content, social media, email campaigns, video, events, and more. You'll be the creative force behind our online presence and a key player in driving our growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Social Media:

Plan, schedule, and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Film and edit short-form video content (e.g., staff intros, property walk-throughs, behind the scenes) Write engaging captions and repurpose property descriptions for social
Campaigns & Digital:

Assist with the implementation of Google Ads, Meta Ads and email marketing Work with an external agency for SEO, PPC, and reporting Manage email campaigns (Mailchimp or similar) and monthly newsletters Create simple landing pages or content updates via WordPress (training provided)
Brand & Design:

Ensure brand consistency across all materials Create or brief in design assets (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) Support with print marketing, brochures, and in-office displays
Analytics & Admin:

Monitor and report on engagement, reach, lead volumes and content performance Assist with marketing budgets and planning Stay on top of local property marketing trends and competitor activity

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

1-3 years' experience in a marketing or digital content role (can include internships or freelance) Proven experience managing business social media accounts Strong copywriting skills and visual eye for design/layout Comfortable filming and editing video content (Reels, TikToks) Able to work independently and handle multiple projects Based within commuting distance of Broxburn (occasional Edinburgh travel)

Bonus Skills:

Canva or Adobe (Photoshop/Premiere/Illustrator) Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads familiarity Experience in property/estate agency sector

Pay: 24,420.00-36,224.72 per year
