We are a growing marketing team in a fast-paced and rapidly expanding business, which means that no two days are the same. From overseeing large international trade show stands, to crafting innovative digital campaigns and supercharging social engagement with influencer content - this role is as 'full-mix' as it gets; so we are looking for someone with B2B marketing experience, but also with a strong understanding of communicating to an end user audience as well.

Marketing Executive
to join our busy, fast paced team at Ellesmere Port.
Job description
The successful candidate will be proactive and passionate about maximising sales through marketing activity.
We will consider candidates with a combination of some of the following skills, we would not expect candidates to necessarily have experience in all of these:
Manage marketing calendar
o Key marketing focus
Ensure key marketing focus (whether a product launch, new van, or existing product focus) is in place based on strategy provided from marketing director and ensure all activity/touch points across the group falls in line with the overarching focus
Events
o Manage company attendance at all events
o Research new events, evaluating the potential ROI of new events
Advertising & PR calendar
o Manage print/digital advertising schedule
o Maximise PR and press coverage
Social media strategy
o Devise and execute social media strategy to super charge engagement and follower growth - Paid, influencer, giveaways, user generated content etc.
Photography/video
o Plan, story board and execute photo and video shoots - arranging all details pre and post shoot
Lead generation campaigns
o Use data capture and content/email marketing strategies to nurture leads for our sales teams
Product launches
o Oversee all aspects of new product launch campaigns
Developing brand ID & brand guardianship
o Safeguard, nurture and grow our brand - from packaging, to inputting into new product branding, to digital touchpoints and beyond.
POS and out of home marketing
Content creation
o creating content in-house that will resonate with our audiences (from native social media style reels to staff interviews and much more)
Collateral creation
- (brochures, flyers, data sheets etc.) and managing printed marketing materials
Internal communication

Managing external suppliers and agencies
Reporting - measuring what works, what didn't and why?
Skills that will help you in the role:
5+ years' experience in similar role
B2B experience highly valuable, but B2C experience is also applicable
Experience of growing a brand presence across European markets
high advantageous
Be proactive, energetic, passionate about marketing
Ability to self motivate and prioritise workload.
Strong multitasking skills, jumping in and out of different projects in a fast-paced company
Degree in Data Analysis/Marketing/Business or CIM. (desirable)
