About the Role
As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting and delivering a range of marketing activities that build our brand, increase engagement, and generate new business opportunities. This is a varied and hands-on role that offers the chance to develop core marketing skills and gain experience across digital, content, social, and strategic marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Support the creation and execution of the company's marketing strategy
Responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of content across channels, ensuring alignment with brand tone and business goals
Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Maintain and update the company website (WordPress)
Assist in delivering email campaigns and managing our CRM (HubSpot)
Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning
Help create promotional content including graphics, blog posts, and case studies
Track, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics (e.g. website traffic, engagement, conversions)
Support the sales team with admin and outreach where required
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with wider company objectives
Assisting organising with DPAS events (yearly conference and monthly webinars)

Essential
Experience in Marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence using social media in a professional context
Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
Familiarity with WordPress and HubSpot (or similar platforms)
Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or paid digital campaigns
Experience with email marketing or basic content design
Awareness of GDPR and the UK data protection landscape (training will be provided)
