As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to strengthen our brand presence, support lead generation, and deliver compelling campaigns across digital and traditional channels

The Role:

Full-Time | Permanent

Sector: Financial Services / Wealth Management / Marketing

Salary: 27,500 -35,000 DOE + benefits

As our Marketing Executive, you'll be central to shaping and delivering our marketing strategy. Working closely with leadership, advisers, and external agencies, you'll play a key role in driving client acquisition and retention through targeted, compliant, and engaging marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage multi-channel marketing (email, social media, website, print). Create and curate engaging content tailored to financial services audiences. Work with advisers to support localised marketing initiatives and events. Analyse campaign performance and optimise accordingly (using tools like Google

Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Oversee SEO, PPC, and CRM management to drive qualified leads. Ensure brand consistency and FCA-compliant messaging across all materials. Support PR efforts and thought leadership (blogs, webinars, podcasts).

Requirements/Preferences:

Experience in a marketing role (financial services preferred). Strong content creation, copywriting, and digital marketing skills. Familiarity with FCA marketing compliance standards (or willingness to learn). Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms. A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and collaboratively. Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or similar (desirable).
