What You'll Be Doing



Your mission is to attract new franchisees and to qualify the leads to ensure they're the right fit for our growing franchise family.

As Franchise Recruitment Marketing Executive, you'll be using your marketing and SEO expertise to attract potential franchise owners to our Brands. You'll be responsible for professional, accurate messaging on our websites and lead platforms and carrying out first-stage follow-up calls to qualify them before our Brand Leaders follow up.

Key Responsibilities:



With guidance from the Brand Strategy & Projects Leader, interact with external agencies to develop campaign concepts Maintain and nurture the prospect database by adding new records and maintaining existing/previous records Keep the recruitment websites up to date. Seek out opportunities to expand their reach; report on their performance and make data informed recommendations for improvements Devise, develop, implement, monitor and report on the success of an e-communications programme / drip feed email campaigns to our growing database of franchise prospects with a view to improving engagement Work alongside our PR/content support to spread the business message across our various social media platforms Maintain and explore franchise directories, monitoring their effectiveness and tracking enquiries Research and explore sector, competitor, audience and economic trends to best advise future plans Monitor the success of campaigns and activities against the targets detailed in the tactical plans Communicate with potential franchise owners and investors by email and telephone, whilst making appointments for relevant Brand Leaders to follow up and pursue Work alongside the Social Media Executive to create regular content for distribution for our Franchise Recruitment social media channels and look to grow our audience

We feel the ideal person for this role will have:



A Marketing Qualification (CIM or equivalent) Strong marketing and communication skills Proficiency in SEO and social media management Experience with project management and analysis Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms - ideally HubSpot, or similar systems Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and WordPress Knowledge of Google Ads and copywriting techniques Competence in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficient in English with strong IT skills
