Job Description

We operate two established and growing bathroom businesses in Glasgow: The Bathroom Company Glasgow (luxury market) and The Tile and Bathroom Company (mid-market). We're looking for a driven and independent Marketing Executive to take both brands forward with fresh ideas, clear strategy, and sharp execution.

This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on autonomy, knows how to take initiative, and wants to make a real impact.

The Role:

You'll be responsible for driving all marketing efforts across both companies - from social media to website management, content creation, and campaign strategy. You'll also support product launches, showroom events, and work closely with the Directors to align marketing with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Oversee both company websites, ensuring up-to-date content, product listings, and promotions Develop and implement marketing strategies for both showrooms Produce and manage email marketing campaigns Conduct regular showroom/site visits for content creation and campaign planning Coordinate with external suppliers or design partners as needed Monitor marketing performance and report on ROI Stay on top of trends in interiors, bathrooms, and digital marketing

What We're Looking For:

Strong marketing background, ideally with experience in interiors, retail, or lifestyle sectors Excellent knowledge of all major social media platforms - both content and strategy Confident working independently and owning your role Full UK driving licence - travel between sites will be required (fuel provided) Solid understanding of website CMS (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, or similar) Creative, organised, and results-focused Good eye for design and branding consistency

Bonus If You Have:

Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) Experience with paid social ad campaigns Basic photography or video editing skills PR or influencer outreach experience
