Location:

Glasgow

Flexibility:

home working available 2-3 days per week.

Salary:

Circa 29K per annum (Dependent on experience)

Working hours:

35 hours per week

Working pattern:

Monday to Friday, 9am 5pm

Interviews expected: Late September 2025

1st stage interview

will be a short screening call, lasting around 20 minutes, with the hiring manager via MS teams

2nd stage interview

will be a formal interview in our Glasgow office and will include a short exercise (details TBC) and then Q&A interview lasting around 1 hour and 15 minutes.


In the event of a highly competitive process, we may also invite candidates back for a final, informal chat with a senior colleague in the marketing team directorate.

What you will bring

Desirable experience:

Marketing experience:

Previous experience in marketing, with knowledge of digital and social media marketing being an advantage.

Digital tools:

Familiarity with tools like email platforms, CMS systems (e.g., Sitecore), analytics, and social media platforms.

Design skills:

Experience using design tools such as Adobe or Canva.

Data-driven:

Ability to understand and use data insights to inform decisions.

Microsoft Office proficiency:

Skilled in using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
