Marketing Executive (Graduate Role)

Reports to: Marketing Manager

Serving retail and commercial customers, our 120 strong team thrives on a strong, family-run culture, delivering exceptional service and excellence across all our sites.

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting graduate-level opportunity for someone with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for coordinating marketing materials, creating engaging content, and supporting the delivery of marketing activities across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Point of Sale (POS) Materials: Oversee the coordination of POS assets, liaising with manufacturers and external producers globally to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Content Creation & Copywriting: Produce engaging copy and content for digital channels, including website, email campaigns, and social media.

Design & Creative Support: Work with designers and suppliers to adapt visuals for campaigns, POS, and online assets.

Digital Channel Support: Assist in managing social media scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.

Event & Campaign Support: Provide logistical and marketing support for trade shows, events, and campaigns.

Market Research: Conduct competitor and industry research to support decision-making.

Administration: Maintain marketing databases, asset libraries, and supplier contact lists.

Skills & Qualifications

Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects.

Creative mindset with an interest in design and branding.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus.

Eager to learn and develop within a collaborative team environment.
