Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Create engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, and website updates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Analyse campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement. Manage marketing budgets and track expenditures efficiently. Organise promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role or similar position. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential). Ability to analyse data effectively and derive actionable insights. Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing marketing initiatives.
