As a Marketing Executive you will be responsible for assisting in the strategy as well as day-to-day activities to assist Tweetiepie Media and Tweetiepie Media clients in all areas of marketing activity. We are seeking a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced role that balances structured, long-term projects with responsive daily tasks. The ideal person for this position will possess excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage a substantial workload and adapt seamlessly to the evolving needs of the day. Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained whilst being accountable and responsible for your actions, tasks and clients.
Job Responsibilities and Tasks
Leading by example, you will be passionate about customer service, have a keen working interest in marketing and be the best that you can be, striving to do the best you can for each and every client. You will:
Undertake client research where required
Oversee and manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content and implementing strategies to increase engagement and reach
Develop engaging content for various digital platforms while maintaining consistency in brand voice, messaging and visuals
Organise and lead client meetings to build strong relationships and ensure client needs are met
Assist with creating and executing email campaigns that target specific audiences and support marketing goals, ensuring that objectives are met and timelines are followed
Track and report on campaign performance, social media metrics, and other marketing data, and provide actionable insights for improvement
Contribute and manage marketing campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to collect necessary content and project requirements
Update client websites with minor changes as and when required
Consult with clients to identify opportunities and propose value-added solutions
Analyse statistics to further improve campaigns and future work for clients
Create and manage the distribution of press announcements to relevant media contacts in a timely and accurate manner
Contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategies.
Support the tracking and management of marketing budgets to ensure campaigns are cost-effective.
Liaise with graphic designers and external partners on larger campaigns when required

You will ideally have
A proven track record of working in a similar environment
A business or marketing degree
Marketing experience within different contexts

Be willing to carry out other appropriate tasks when asked to do so.
