We're seeking a driven and innovative Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You'll bring high-energy, passion, and excitement to get stuck into a wide variety of projects to elevate our Events and Marketing efforts to new levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing administration

, updating content, managing budget trackers, managing calendars, processing requests, and maintaining accurate records across campaigns and assets.

Events

, booking venues, managing invites, overseeing set-up and on-the-day execution, ensuring every event reflects our 5-star service and drives meaningful engagement.

Paid and content partner relationships,

ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are met, and campaigns deliver value. Act as the go-to contact for our media, PR, and sponsorship partners.

Collaboration

, work closely with our Partnerships, SDR, and Customer Success teams to help deliver smaller initiatives, ensuring every piece of collateral, webinar, or activation is executed to a high standard.

Freelance designer management,

prioritising briefs, tracking work-in-progress, and ensuring assets are delivered on time and to brand.

Team collaboration,

support the Marketing Director and wider team by taking ownership of ad-hoc marketing tasks, campaign delivery, and anything else that helps us move faster. We're a fast-paced, ambitious team - and we win and lose together.

About you:

1-2 years Marketing experience, ideally in a high growth start up or scale up environment. Event Marketing / Event Management Experience in the B2B, Benefits or Tech space would be advantageous. Proactively bring ideas to the table - whether it's a new campaign for decision-makers, an event to drive leads, or a comms tweak to improve conversion. You're passionate and knowledgeable about climate change, sustainability and/or the electric car industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
