Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Admissions, you will play a vital role in enhancing the schools' profile and reputation among all key stakeholders.

Monday to Thursday 8:30am - 4:45pm and Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
Salary:
32,000 to 40,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)

Your main responsibilities will include:
Implementing the schools' marketing, communications and public relations strategy through tactical content, advertising, marketing and communication plans, and press releases.
Developing brand values to differentiate the schools' positioning and ensuring these brand values are reflected in all communications.
Managing digital and social media channels for the schools by creating engaging content, tracking performance and enhancing the schools' online presence by utilising tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and more.
Working with Admissions to create compelling content for school marketing events such as Open Days, Stay & Plays, and Sixth Form Evenings with the goal of driving registrations.
Development of marketing collateral for the schools, including prospectuses, print and digital advertisements, flyers, and other promotional assets.
Overseeing the schools' websites to ensure they are continuously updated, accurate and evolving to meet current needs.
Staying up-to-date on current marketing trends within the independent school sector.
We are looking for someone with:
Over 2 years' experience working in Marketing (required).
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a relevant field (required).
Proficient in using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills.
A 'can do' attitude.
