This is a varied and creative role suited to someone confident in engaging with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. You'll play a key part in organising and coordinating our presence at exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows across the UK and Europe, while supporting our digital marketing strategy and wider campaigns.
Essential Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder engagement.
Creative flair and interest in design (working with external design agencies).
Experience in events administration.
Excellent written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365, SharePoint, Canva.
Desirable Experience, Qualifications and Competencies
Knowledge of digital marketing tools including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC.
Previous experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Organising and coordinating company attendance at external events.
Attending and supporting event setup and stand management.
Liaising with suppliers and assisting in the production of marketing materials.
Supporting digital marketing initiatives and broader marketing programmes.
Building relationships across the business, especially with Sales.
