Job purpose

: To support the marketing team in the execution of the marketing strategy, as well as development of marketing content and resources in line with the business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

:

The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in developing our communication strategy across multiple platforms, working closely with other teams to create innovative solutions.

This role will be responsible for the following:

Managing day-to-day website updates and improvements in collaboration with in-house and outsourced teams. Creating and editing content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and other content creation tools, including visuals and supporting assets. Creating and maintaining up-to-date content across all channels, including blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other resources. Deploying and managing targeted email campaigns via Apollo, ensuring audience segmentation, data accuracy, and alignment with broader campaigns. Assisting our SEO function where needed, including all activity within the marketing plan and calendar. Supporting and monitoring PPC campaigns, ensuring activity remains within budget and reporting on performance. Utilise G4A, WordPress and Salesforce to manage marketing and sales functions, including landing page updates, campaign tracking, and workflow optimisation. Supporting the setup and delivery of webinars and podcasts when required. Leading multi-channel campaign management (social, PPC, SEO), ensuring consistency of messaging across all platforms. Supporting the team in co-ordination of advertising campaigns, including inputting into agency briefs, checking schedules, reviewing, and proofing of artwork. Thinking innovatively and using initiative and creativity to solve problems or enhance products and content.

Person Specification



Previous marketing experience Well-developed computer skills in Office 365 and other relevant software (such as Canva, Wordpress and G4A). Committed to continuing personal development. Previous experience of utilising a customer relationship management system Highly motivated with a create approach to problem-solving. Be able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: 24,000.00-26,000.00 per year
