We're also entering an exciting new chapter: alongside our growing residential programme, Bramacare is developing an innovative AI-powered SaaS platform for healthcare professionals, due to launch in early 2026. This marks a major step in our mission to improve the quality, accessibility, and outcomes of eating disorder care.
The Role
We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to take the lead on-site and help us share our story with the world. You'll work directly with our Director and external marketing and PR partners to shape and deliver Bramacare's marketing strategy -- across both our clinical services and our new health technology product.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Producing graphic and written content with creativity and accuracy
Oversee SEO and Google Ads campaigns to attract potential clients.
Coordinate with the team to produce marketing materials using tools like WordPress and Adobe Photoshop.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, adjusting strategies as needed.
Uploading and scheduling posts, responding to relevant trends, and keeping our content current
Coordinating and sending a monthly email newsletter
Collaborate with leadership to ensure marketing efforts support organizational goals.
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and partners.
Monitor industry trends to keep the company at the forefront of healthcare marketing.
Collaborating with our marketing and PR agency on campaigns and brand development
Supporting pre-launch awareness and content creation for our upcoming SaaS platform
Ensuring all marketing aligns with Bramacare's vision and values
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Proven experience in marketing or communications, preferably within healthcare or related fields but not essential.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools including SEO, Google Ads, and analytics platforms.
Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects and teams effectively.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, WordPress, and social media management.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Creative and passionate about mental health and making a difference
Skilled in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
Confident writing clear, engaging copy for social media and newsletters
Curious about new technology and eager to support a SaaS product launch
Experienced (1-3 years) in marketing, communications, or digital content creation
