About Us

We are a Metrology company based in Derby specialising in precision measurement. We're now looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to strengthen our marketing efforts, focusing on lead generation, digital campaigns, and brand growth.

The Role

As our Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in generating high-quality leads and supporting the sales pipeline through digital marketing strategies. You'll be hands-on across several marketing channels and tools, with plenty of opportunity to bring in your own ideas and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

Manage lead generation campaigns using HubSpot (automation, workflows, email marketing).

Oversee SEO strategy to improve search visibility and rankings.

Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content across multiple platforms.

Analyse campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvements.

Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing and business development efforts.

(Desirable) Use Photoshop or similar tools to produce marketing visuals and digital assets.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in a marketing role with a focus on lead generation.

Confident in using HubSpot (or a similar CRM/marketing automation tool).

Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush etc.).

Skilled in social media management (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organised with good attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a professional manner.

(Desirable) Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop or similar).
