The Marketing Executive role will be exposed to all areas of the marketing and PR mix, helping to drive significant growth in their category by executing a cohesive sales and marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities:
Support the planning and execution of 360 marketing campaigns for our nail, hair, and beauty brands, including product launches, promotions, digital content, and events
Coordinate marketing activity across channels - including email marketing, social media, paid media, PR, influencer marketing, website content, and trade promotions
Assist in the creation and management of campaign calendars across multiple brands, ensuring timely rollout and brand consistency
Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Sales, Education, eCommerce, Social) to ensure campaigns are aligned and deliver value to professionals
Manage day-to-day contact with brand partners to help deliver brand-led campaigns and local market activations
Help prepare campaign and product assets, such as imagery, copy, press kits, launch decks and promotional materials
Support marketing data analysis and reporting across campaigns - providing insights, recommendations and ROI tracking
Coordinate sampling, events, PR activities, and educational support initiatives
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity and innovation in the professional beauty sector
What we're looking for:
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries
A strong passion for nails, hair, beauty, and the pro community
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Creativity and a good eye for visual content, with experience using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (a plus)
Confident communication and collaboration skills - able to work across departments and with external partners
Experience in social media content planning, community engagement, or paid campaigns is desirable
A proactive mindset - eager to learn, contribute, and grow
Comfortable using marketing software (e.g., Klaviyo, CMS platforms)
