We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to support our growing marketing function and long term marketing strategy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns across various channels, managing our digital platforms, and contributing to lead generation and conversion optimisation efforts that support our business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation With support from the Marketing Manager, execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring they are on time and on budget Track and report on performance metrics and ROI, making recommendations and influencing future activities Manage and optimise our website content and functionality using CMS platforms Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website traffic Plan and implement email marketing campaigns and CRM automation Translate complex technical information into clear messaging Create engaging content for various marketing channels and touchpoints Collaborate on content planning and editorial calendar management

About you

You will have a solid foundation in marketing with a focus in SEO, Email or Digital performance marketing. You'll be confident in learning new platforms and taking ownership of marketing processes and activities.

Essential Requirements

SEO

: Experience optimising content and websites to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic

Email marketing

: Proven ability to create targeted email campaigns and automated sequences that engage audiences and generate results

Experience

: Solid understanding of marketing and multi-channel campaigns (in-house or agency)

Writing

: Strong grasp of written media; able to create compelling content that connects with our audiences

Digital Platforms

: Fundamental knowledge and understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices

Education

: Marketing degree or equivalent qualification
